Yes, put n list, notify he's X in line. No, trigger build. Build: Notify people in builder list that they are X in line, will be there momentarily, please stay there. Remove current person. Go to location where person (requested builder, or is?). Build, desc, etc, chown exits and room. Move the next person on the list to the current builder attr, repeat. +build room: triggers 1/2/3, stores dbref on list, (?stores loc in list?)
